Cisco awarded Teleplan for Excellence in Reverse Logistics

Schiphol/Amsterdam, the Netherlands, 16 September 2011 – Teleplan International N.V.

awarded by Cisco, the worldwide leader in networking, for Excellence in Reverse Logistics for
2011.

It’s a global award which was given to Teleplan on 15 September 2011 during Cisco’s annual
Supplier Appreciation event at Cisco Headquarters in San José, California (US). This is the
second time in three years Teleplan have received this award from Cisco. “This is a very
impressive award win for us and it demonstrates our global operational excellence in servicing
Cisco’s Reverse Logistics program in all three regions from our operations in Zoetermeer
(NL/EMEA region), Hong Kong (China/APAC region) and Roseville(US/Americas regions),
