Teleplan Delivers Most Profitable Business Year

Schiphol/Amsterdam, the Netherlands, 4 March 2010 – Teleplan International N.V. (SDAX, ISIN: NL0000229458), the leading global provider of high-tech after-market services for the Computer, Communications and Consumer Electronics industries announced today its unaudited preliminary  results for 2009, reporting its highest EBIT and net profit. “Our primary focus in 2009 was to establish financial stability for Teleplan. Looking at the 2009 figures, we believe we impressively met this goal”, commented Teleplan’s CEO Gotthard Haug the fiscal year 2009.

• EBITDA growth of 55%, EBIT growth of 69% and net income growth of 160%
