Teleplan appoints Chief Financial Officer

Schiphol/Amsterdam, the Netherlands, 20 October 2011 – Teleplan International N.V. (Prime Standard, ISIN: NL0000229458), the leading global provider of high-tech after-market services for the Computer, Communications and Consumer Electronics industries has appointed Jan Piet Valk as Chief Financial Officer. The official appointment of Jan Piet Valk as Member of the Management Board is subject to the approval of the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on 14 December 2011.

Jan Piet Valk (51), Dutch nationality, joined Teleplan on 1 September 2011. Prior to joining Teleplan Mr. Valk served as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board of Logica Benelux. Before Logica he held several senior financial management functions at multinational companies such as Royal Dutch Shell, Enertel and Fokker Aircraft in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
