Teleplan to be Included in the SDAX

Zoetermeer, The Netherlands, 4 December 2009. Teleplan International N.V. (Prime Standard, ISIN: NL0000229458), the leading provider of high-tech after-sales service for the computer, communications and consumer electronics industries, is once again included in Deutsche Börse AG’s SDAX with effect on 21 December 2009. Deutsche B ö rse AG resolved on 3 December 2009 to include the Teleplan share in the small-cap index.

Teleplan’s management believes the entry into the index is a confirmation of its work in the past year.
