Teleplan appoints new Management

Teleplan’s Annual Shareholders Meeting appoints new Management Board

Gotthard Haug new Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Thiem Schoonderbeek new Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Teleplan International N.V. appointed a new Management Board. As of today Gotthard Haug (50) becomes CEO and Thiem Schoonderbeek (52) CFO. They are appointed for a period of two years.

Gotthard Haug worked as CFO of Teleplan since August 2004. Prior to this, he served as CFO at Wal Mart Germany. Previously he has held several international finance and controlling functions at consumer goods companies such as Mars und Agfa, working at locations in Europe and Asia.

Adrian Schmassmann, chairman of the supervisory board: “Teleplan is now back on track following the successful restructuring. Gotthard Haug implemented and controlled this process to turn around the company from the very beginning. His experience and very deep knowledge of the company and their customers will guide and strengthen Teleplan in the challenging years to come”.

Thiem Schoonderbeek joined Teleplan in February 2006 and accompanied the succesful restructuring as Group Director Control & Reporting. Prior to this, he was responsible at Group 4 Falck (now Group 4 Securicor) for developing the European operations as Regional CFO and Group Controller. Schoonderbeek looks back on an extensive knowledge and experience in finance and controlling. He has held several accountant and auditor functions at Arthur Andersen and KPMG before he moved to the international advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi.
