1998, August: the Teleplan Group changed into Teleplan International N.V., headquartered in Nijmegen/The Netherlands.

1998, November 23: Teleplan’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) was at the German Stock Exchange in Frankfurt. The Teleplan shares were traded at the “Neuer Markt” Index.

2009, December 21: the Teleplan share is relisted in the German Small Cap Index SDAX which comprises 50 companies.
