Notifications

Pursuant to Dutch Law, Teleplan International N.V. publishes Directors’ Dealings as notified to the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (“AFM”). A full overview of the notifications to the AFM is available on its website: www.afm.nl (under “Public Database”). German Law, which in part is applicable to Teleplan International N.V., establishes similar obligations under its Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz). For further information on the obligations under German Law, please refer to the website of the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (“BaFin”) at www.bafin.de .
