Pursuant to Dutch Law, Teleplan International N.V. publishes Directors’ Dealings as notified to the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (“AFM”). A full overview of the notifications to the AFM is available on its website: www.afm.nl (under “Public Database”). German Law, which in part is applicable to Teleplan International N.V., establishes similar obligations under its Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz).
