NOTICE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS

The Management Board of Teleplan International N.V., resolved with the approval of the Supervisory
Board, on 11 March 2011 to make a distribution in the aggregate amount of EUR
56,300,208.87 (EUR 0.93 per share) to the company’s shareholders, with this amount to be
charged against the share premium reserve. The Management Board resolved that (i) the
record date for payment of the distribution will be the evening of 18 March 2011, (ii) the
exdistribution date for the shares will be 21 March 2011, and (iii) the distribution shall be
made payable as of 25 March 2011.
