This agreement will combine the capabilities of the two companies to create a world-class solution with an end-to-end integrated aftermarket supply chain servicing leading manufacturers and their mobile ecosystem.

Improved Turn Around Time (TAT) Index, which is the time between a malfunctioning device being received from the consumer to the moment a repaired device is returned to the consumer
An effective management of reverse logistics and repair ecosystem complexities that drives cost reductions for the OEMs, operators and customers
Peace of mind, knowing all of their aftermarket issues are handled in a manner that reflects positively on their brand, with full protection of the intellectual property and consumer privacy
