Schiphol (Amsterdam), the Netherlands 9 July 2013 – Teleplan International N.V. has become the sole after-market service provider of M7 Group, a European provider of satellite services. M7 Group has decided to consolidate its after-market service model from a multiple-supplier solution into a sole-supplier solution under Teleplan. Teleplan is the leading global provider of high-tech, end-to-end after-market services for the Computing, Communications & Consumer Electronics (3C) industry.
The Teleplan service solution for M7 Group encompasses the consolidation of all returned set-top box products at a single, central collection point in the Netherlands. From here, the products will be shipped to a Teleplan depot for testing and repairs. The service program includes detailed service and management, allowing M7 Group to align its product development accordingly.
