Teleplan launches After-Market Service Solution for Mobile and Smartphones for North and South America

Enhancement of Teleplan’s footprint globally with key smartphone client

Schiphol(Amsterdam)/ the Netherlands 19 September 2013 – Teleplan International N.V. (the leading global provider of high-tech after-market services for the Computer, Communications and Consumer Electronics industries) has set up and launched a regional service solution providing end-to-end repair management for the North American and South American market. This reverse supply chain solution has been developed and customized for a leading brand in the smartphone and wireless infrastructure segment.

The services provided include reverse logistics and returns management, screening, mobile and smartphone repair (up to Level 4), service parts planning and swap unit fulfilment across both continents. This program represents the successful expansion of Teleplan’s relationship with this global brand from the Asia Pacific region to the Americas.
