Schiphol (Amsterdam), the Netherlands, 1 October 2013 – Teleplan International N.V., the leading global provider of high-tech after-market services for the computer, communications and consumer electronics industries, is pleased to announce an expansion of its customer base in the communications segment that supply broadband connectivity products and solutions to the cable, telecommunications and mobility markets. Global broadband company Ubee Interactive has selected Teleplan as its European after-market service partner. Teleplan’s customised solutions will enable Ubee to significantly enhance customer service by shortening turnaround times nearly 50%.
Having previously handled after-market services in-house in Asia, Ubee will benefit from a lower inventory requirement and lower CO2 emissions by eliminating sea and airfreight.
