Francois Lacombe is an exceptional leader with deep roots in the after-market service industry. Prior to joining Teleplan he worked as Senior Vice President Logistics and Repair at Ingram Micro. Before that Francois was CEO of ANOVO. Previously he held various senior management positions with Accenture, General Electric and Kuehne + Nagel.

Jan Piet joined Teleplan as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2011. Under his stewardship Teleplan has delivered strong financial results year after year in a tough aftermarket services sector.
Jan Piet’s extensive history in key financial management roles extends into noteworthy companies including Logica Benelux, Royal Dutch Shell, Enertel and Fokker Aircraft.
Simon is responsible for developing our business in the APAC region.
Simon has a broad experience across relationship management, reverse logistics, operations, business development and technical manufacturing services. The majority of Simon’s time has been spent focused in Asia where he has lived for 15 years building a deep understanding of the Asian Market both commercially and culturally. Simon has seen the huge pace of growth and change in the Asian market and is excited to expand the number of customers we serve in this region. Simon previously held a number of senior management positions in companies including Flextronics, Solectron and Quanta.
Simon believes in an inclusive management style and likes to be hands-on. He has an entrepreneurial spirit and always strives to be motivational for his teams.
Michael is responsible for the Teleplan business across the North America region.
Michael has extensive experience in General Management, Operations, Business Development, Sales and Account Management with a history of starting up and running profitable businesses in hyper competitive environments.
Prior to joining Teleplan, Michael was the Chief Commercial Officer of Entercoms Inc., a Dallas based technology company that specializes in After Market Supply Chain Analytics and Operations. In this capacity he was responsible for commercial strategy, business development and sales as well as the overall revenue growth of the company.
Prior to Entercoms he served as a Senior Executive for Foxconn International Holdings, a global contract manufacturing company where he ran Manufacturing and Distribution business as well as the startup and growth of a global after market services business.
Ron brings over 20 years of international sales and corporate development experience to Teleplan. As head of strategy, Ron is responsible for determining the strategic direction of the company. His remit includes – strategy development and execution, operations strategy, R&D and M&A.
Prior to joining Teleplan in 2011, Ron held a number of executive management positions in public and private companies across the globe and was also a partner in a private equity fund - T3 Holdings.
Ron has been CEO of Los Angeles based Bertelsmann arvato Services Inc, has held various senior executive positions at Modusmedia (US and Ireland), Stream International (Europe) and RR Donnelley (Benelux and Germany).
Aivar is responsible for Teleplan’s global R&D activities and innovation roadmap including leading testing and diagnostic solutions such as our Revolution Ecosystem platform, a full functional automated mobile test solution.
Aivar has extensive experience and know-how in the engineering and production of mobile phone testers and robotic cells supporting telecom and electronics customers such as Nokia, Ericsson, Motorola, Flextronics and Bosch.
Prior to joining Teleplan he started his own company TAF 3, offering engineering and machinery production services to European and US customers. Before that Aivar worked for JOT Automation and has held various positions including R&D Manager, Program Director and VP Operations.
