Our philosophy is simple – create the most optimized after sales solution designed around our customers. Every solution design starts with a series of comprehensive discussions with the customer to understand their business drivers, strategy and learn what works well and has proven to work less effectively from their after sales experiences so far. This process is led by our team of solutions architects who specialize in selecting the right approach to get the necessary insights which will help our customers the most. We understand that different customers have different needs, which is why at Teleplan, no two solutions are ever exactly the same. Once our customers’ needs are determined, Teleplan selects a team of subject matter experts to brainstorm possible solution concepts. The services transcend technologies serving mobile, Customer Premises Equipment and networking equipment alike. These are reviewed and the best option is then selected and developed further. All our solutions are built from a selection of 15 core services each of which have been developed, proven and optimized through continuous improvement. These core services provide the strong base which when matched with proper needs understanding, provides a truly optimized solution for our customers, their technologies and electronics. We call this Tele-made and it continually delivers a compelling value proposition.

Here at Teleplan we are constantly looking for ways to improve our after sales service capabilities and over three decades we have led the development of a host of notable industry firsts.
Our engineers at our Innovation Center in Tallinn, Estonia lead the development of next generation technical solutions. They also leverage and coordinate our global engineering community on key projects. Teleplan has introduced many test solutions to support our customers with their lifecycle care needs in radio access networks, smartphones, tablets, notebooks, cameras, HDDs and set-top- boxes to name a few.Read more about our Innovation Center
Teleplan is the first in the industry to develop an in-house “end to end” tracking and control IT solution. The solution is fully integrated with shopfloor and courier systems and provides real-time visibility to all stakeholders in the after sales services supply chain
Teleplan develops and introduces Triton, our own automated six port Hard Disk Drive (HDD) tester with PATA and enhanced SCSI support capability
Teleplan takes its first strides into the re-engineering and scripting services in support of some RBS products

A solution allowing an effective Lite test for Enterprise Networking is introduced bringing customers significant efficiency and quality benefits
Teleplan expands its technical capabilities to RBS customers through complex reverse engineering of hardware and embedded software for 3G sub systems
The after sales services world’s first fully automated test solution for smartphones which diagnoses faults for any branded smartphone in under three minutes is brought to market by Teleplan having been developed by our team of experts at our innovation centre
With the launch of our mobile phone initialisation station we created our Revolution Ecosystem Platform. This provides a comprehensive solution for returned smartphones as Nest ensures each product is ready for the follow on step of full functional testing by Revolution.
Expanding our suite of test capabilities, Titan was launched in November. Titan is an automated objective set-top box testing platform which help customers deliver even more value to their reverse supply chains.
Adding further to our service offering, launched at Mobile World Congress In January 2018, Optiline is an automated objective cosmetic grading solution using Line Confocal Imaging.
Launched at the same time as Optiline, Helix as part of our Mobile Ecosystem Platform performs full function testing of multi-brand tablets. Showcased for the first time at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
Officially launched at AngaCom in June 2018 Titan 2 is a single slot, modular tester to meet flexible needs. Titan 2 tests set-top box, gateway and routers including full Wi-Fi and Bluetooth testing.
Our Nest and Proteus tools have been certified by ADISA (Asset Disposal & Information Security Alliance) for their highest level of data wipe security, adding an extra layer of assurance for our customers.
Building on the 2018 launch, we launched a next generation Optiline at Mobile World Congress In January 2019, Optiline is an automated objective cosmetic grading solution.
